Terms and Conditions
Refund and Return Policy:
All products can be returned in the original condition and packaging for refund up to 30 days from date of purchase, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
Delivery/Shipping Policy:
Sales are FOB Florida. Shipping costs to all other locations will be assessed at the time of order placement and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted if order has not been packed. If the order has been packed there will be a 20% restocking fee for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled if product has already left the warehouse.
Limited Warranty:
We design and manufacture our products with great quality materials and attention to detail. Rollabind provides a Limited Warranty that our products will be devoid of defects in materials.
Our Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling by transport companies. If your products is damaged during shipping please submit a claim with the respective transport company.
Although unlikely, if the materials or workmanship in your products happens to be defective we will repair or replace it, if it cannot be repaired. In this event please e-mail or write to our customer service department explaining the defect, if possible including a photograph of the damage and providing proof of purchase. Include all of your contact information.
Upon receipt of your information we will assess the damage and provide you with a claim number. Thereafter we will inform you of where and how to send your products for repair or replacement. This process is necessary to validate all Limited Warranty issues.
The Limited Warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Rollabind reserves the right to make final judgment on all claims.
