Custom Binding

The Rollabind system provides companies with the ability to customize presentations, catalogs, menus, and other marketing materials to their specific needs. The system includes 22 stock colors and 4 sizes of binding discs and a wide array of covers and inserts. In addition, the Rollabind system lets users remove and exchange pages, so if any printing error or revision occurs only one single page has to be discarded, instead of the entire book.

We have partnered with RCI Custom Binding and Finishing Solutions, a company that not only has the ability to Rollabind your material, but that also provides an extensive menu of trade services for your pre-finishing and post-finishing needs.

Design and Print Specifications
Size of Printed Materials: Products featuring the patented Rollabind Disc Binding System can be designed in a variety of shapes and sizes...from 2" x 2 1/2" up to 13 1/2" x 17". Mix and match page sizes when your design requires it.
High Density Polyethlyene Covers: Available in 15, 23 or 35 gage poly. Choose from an assortment of popular stock colors--or--request your own custom color. Standard covers hold a variety of page sizes up to 8 1/2" x 11" and available in either closed or open spine. Special order custom covers can hold page sizes up to 13 1/2" x 17" (available in open spine only).

Disc Size/Sheet Accommodations: Binding discs are made of high quality plastic and available in four sizes:
Rings are designed to bind a specific paper value:

Binding Area: Always allow a minimum of 3/8" for the live text safety margin on the binding edge regardless of ring size selected.

If Your Materials Are Already Bound: (Saddle stitched or perfect bound) we can convert that ordinary bind to the patented Rollabind Binding System.
